Welcome to my site. This
fall I will join the philosophy department at Carleton College as an assistant professor. I am currently a 7th year PhD student in philosophy at the University of Chicago and a Charlotte W. Newcombe Fellow. My dissertation is about the value of autonomy (my committee is Martha Nussbaum (Chair), Daniel Brudney, Richard Kraut (Northwestern) and Jason Bridges), which reflects broader interests of mine in medical ethics, political philosophy and ethical theory.
